OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

All the Guards of our busy Operations Division are equipped with either radios or mobile phones and are controlled and monitored from our 24-hour Central Security Station

CASH-IN-TRANSIT

Gibraltar has numerous small narrow lanes. In particular in and around Main Street where the majority of Banks conduct their businesses.
In view of this we have a fleet of insurance approved specifically adapted vehicles to conduct Cash-in-Transit duties and to be able to manoeuvre those tight spots ensuring a quicker delivery as opposed to the conventional armoured bigger type vehicles that are cumbersome to manoeuvre through our narrow streets. Whilst conducting movements our Guards wear specially manufactured helmets and are in constant radio communication with our Controller at our Central Security Station situated within our Security Vault Building.
Each van is equipped with its standard heavy duty safe, beacons alarm etc and can carry up to a maximum ceiling of £500,000.00 per Van.
A total of 8 Guards, all thoroughly vetted, as required by Home Office Instructions, are authorised to perform Cash-in-Transit duties. Photographs of these 8 personnel are supplied to all Banks and relevant Clients.
Two unmarked saloons are also used, on infrequent occasions, for general Company Cash-in-Transit duties when the Client opts for a less profile commitment.
We also have a motorcycle complement of 3, which are used for courier and other general Services, for our many clients.

PROVISION OF UNIFORMED OR PLAIN CLOTHED SECURITY GUARDS

We can provide Uniformed or plain clothed Security Guards, at any time, regardless whether it's a working day or weekend or public holiday at unbeatable hourly rates.
Our Guards are instructed in writing and not via "word of mouth" and all our posts have included in the post an Occurrence Book whereupon the Guard logs all material related to the tour of duty.
The Guard can also be equipped with an electronic scanner from which we generate a print out showing the patrolling pattern, which is furnished to the client on a weekly or monthly basis.
At no cost to the Client, our 24-hour Mobile Response Guard who additionally provides emergency back up supervises them.
This service is provided to Residential Estates, Industrial Parks, Building Sites, Government Buildings, Hospitals and Commercial Unit Owners.

WAGES PREPARATION, DELIVERY AND PAYOUT

We prepare your Staff's wages and pay them out from our premises or alternatively deliver them to your premises or on site.

STORE DETECTIVES

Service provided to Client's required timetable at very competitive rates

VIP PROTECTION, BODYGUARDS AND PERSONAL ESCORT SERVICES

A very delicate area whereupon the Client is given the choice of selecting the employee to undertake this service.
The Guard is equipped with a Mobile Phone for immediate use.

SUPERVISION OF PORTERS AND WATCHMEN

We ensure that your Porters or Watchmen arrive on time and are in fact carrying out your instructions.

SHIP-KEEPERS DUTIES ON ARRESTED MARINE VESSELS

Coverage provided to the Admiralty Marshall and Shipping Agents as they may require.

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE VISITS TO UNOCCUPIED PROPERTY OR BUSINESSES
If for budget reasons, having a Guard round the clock is not possible, we can conduct your required number of security visits to your unoccupied private or business property.
TRAFFIC CONTROL IN PRIVATE PROPERTY (CLAMPING, TOW-AWAY)
Being the pioneers in this area, we boast of having well over 40 Private Property Zones that we monitor and control on a 24/7 basis under the strict instructions from our Principals.

INTRUDER, FIRE AND PANIC ALARM MONITORING

Through our manned 24hour Central Security Station, which maintains contact with the police station we monitor many Intruder, Fire & Panic Detection Systems and will immediately provide response through our Mobile Response Unit

KEY-HOLDING SERVICES

This service is provided to a large number of clients, ranging from Banks to Elderly persons. Keys are held in a sealed numbered pouch in our Central Security Station.

RENTAL OF PRIVATE MAIL BOXES (24/7 ACCESS) WITH MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES

These are rented on a quarterly, 6 monthly or yearly rental periods and you can access them 7 days a week 365 days a year. You can additionally enjoy our Mail Forwarding Service.

RENTAL OF SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES

Similar to our Mailboxes but these are contained within our specifically Centred Security Vault and are rented in similar circumstances to our Mailboxes. Access to them is controlled by a dual control of an electronic lock and mechanical key.

OVERNIGHT STORAGE OF VALUABLES AND CASH

Connected to our Cash-in-Transit service, you can store overnight, covered by insurance for a period of time, your cash/valuables when on holiday or as protection against theft or burglary within our Security Vaults.

UNDER-BAILIFF OF THE SUPREME COURT

We act as the official representative for the Supreme Courts of Gibraltar whenever appointed as Under-Bailiff.

PHOTOGRAPHIC OR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Due to the increase climate of crime and vandalism, which currently prevails in Gibraltar, an ever-increasing number of owners of businesses are seeking installation of CCTV in their business or private premises. Surveillance can be affected by themselves or through the Internet from our Central Security Station.
